Included in Registration
Participants who register by the Early Bird Date will benefit from the *Early Bird Rate (10% reduction in the registration fee). Regular fees apply thereafter.
Virtual: After the event, we post the Print Certificate & Proceedings*, and Live or Record Present via our Platform.
Does Not include any personal expenses (air ticket, meals, accommodation, etc) related to conference in-person/virtual participation.

Please ensure all payments are completed before the registration deadline. Bank transfer details and alternative payment options are listed below.
Bank Transfer
Please indicate your name and paper ID in the transfer reference.
Online Payment
You can securely pay online using your credit or debit card through our Stripe integration via the payment portal. Please have your invoice reference ready.
How Online Payment Works
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe Checkout.
- Once your paper or application is accepted, navigate to your Dashboard.
- Click on the Pay Now button next to your submission.
- You will be redirected to a secure Stripe portal to enter your card details.
- Upon successful payment, your registration status will instantly update, and an automated invoice will be generated.
